Exactly what I was looking for

"Following a recent eye test I had been looking for prescription glasses and couldn't find any that I liked - I was looking for something statement without being over the top. I took a chance on these (especially because their returns policy was great) and I've been delighted. The glasses are lovely quality and exactly the fit I was looking for. Bonus points for being a small local business. I also had an issue with the wrong delivery address being submitted which was resolved quickly and easily so customer service was great too."

"Amazing and caring customer service, and such a beautiful frame. Ordered two different frames, and am absolutely in love with both, and it feels even better knowing that I’m supporting a small business that really put care into answering all my questions. The Gaia frame is stunning and sturdy. It’s a statement piece while also somehow managing to not be over the top. It’s a large frame, but it looks very well balanced on the face, which was a happy surprise. I usually go for inconspicuous eyewear, but so glad that I chose this bolder option, that is the perfect middle ground. Highly recommend it!"

Great style but frames not sized properly

"Hi guys I love the style of my glasses but unfortunately they are too big on my head and keep falling off. there wasn't an option to put in a size when ordering or did I miss this? They are not hugely wearable because of this which is a shame as I love them."
