What is your returns policy?
We are happy to offer a hassle-free 30 days return policy. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your glasses, you can always return them to us within 30 days.
Please note that we can only accept glasses that have been sent back to us 30 days after they have been received.We calculate this by checking the time shown by the postal tracking numbers.
What countries can avail of the free returns option?
We offer free shipping on returns for the following countries:
United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Poland and Latvia.
You can still return your glasses to us if you are living a country not mentioned above. However, at the moment, we will not be able to reimburse you for any shipping costs incurred.
