Returns & Exchanges

Oh no! So you've decided for some reason that your new glasses just aren't quite perfect. Well don't worry, everambr will always do it's best to rectify any situation to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Whether you'd like to return or exchange your new glasses, then this is where you can find all the necessary information.

For eyeglasses, if you're a new spectacles wearer, please give it a week to get used to it before considering a return. Sometimes it takes some time to adjust to a new prescription. If you’re having ongoing trouble, please do get in touch with us (support@everambr.com) and we will do our best to figure out whats going on. 

These are our main conditions relating to Returns & Exchanges:

  • We are happy to offer a hassle-free 30 days return policy. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your glasses, you can always return them to us within 30 days. Please note that we can only accept glasses that have been sent back to us 30 days after they have been received. We calculate this by checking the time shown by the postal tracking numbers.   
  • We offer free shipping on returns for the following countries:

- United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Poland and Latvia.

  • You can still return your glasses to us if you are living a country not mentioned above. However, at the moment, we will not be able to reimburse you for any shipping costs incurred. 
  • everambr reserves the right not to refund certain prescription orders in exceptional cases (where wrong prescription is provided etc. - please see our Terms and Conditions for more info on this)
  • It is important that glasses are returned to us in original packaging with all accompanying materials. Glasses must be returned in original condition. (please see our Terms & Conditions for more info on this)
  • We will only refund a maximum of 2 pairs per order. For example, if you order 3 pairs and return 2, that's perfectly fine. However, if you order 4 or more we will still only be able to refund maximum 2. This rule still applies if you make two separate orders for a combined 4 pairs.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 - Download the Returns & Exchanges form by clicking here and print out a hard copy.

- Complete the form, making sure to include the original order date.

- Outline on the form whether you require a refund or an exchange. If it's an exchange, there is space at the bottom of the page to enter the desired new frame.

- Be sure to include a PayPal address. This is the only way we can refund the return postage costs.

- Send the glasses alongside the completed form to the following address:

- Please send the package via your national postal provider's standard mail (e.g. Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, Correos, USPS etc.)
